UnitNode aimed to be the first real estate operations software that replaces outsourced property management with automation and simplicity for owners, helping them increase rental income margins, boost efficiency, and regain control of their portfolio effortlessly.

As a co-founder, I built end-to-end data workflows for properties, leases, bills, and payments on PostgreSQL (Supabase), including an email-parsing pipeline that turns unstructured utility emails into structured tenant bills with due dates, feeding Stripe billing. In addition, I implemented payments with the Stripe API, built automation features like translated tenant alerts, and contributed across the stack on database UI/UX design, authentication, integrations, testing/bug fixes, and deployment, while providing on-call support. While conducted user interviews with property management firms and individual homeowners, and iterating on their weekly feedback helped grow the platform to manage 1,900+ properties and 40+ owners across multiple states within 8 months.

Accepted as a Scholar among the top 64 New Jersey high school students with a less than 1% acceptance rate (Ranked New Jersey's #1 STEM Summer Program). Completed undergraduate-level coursework in Modern Physics, Robotics, Sustainable Energy, and AI/ML Engineering.

As an NJGSET Scholar, I built a Python-based emotional support assistant using the Gemini API, designed to simulate conversations with specific individuals by grounding responses in publicly available information (e.g., LinkedIn profiles, biographies, and portfolios). I also helped develop the initial 15-page paper, “TaintMonkey: Dynamic Taint Analysis of Python Web Applications Using Monkey Patching,” published in the NJGSET Research Paper Archive and presented at the NJGSET 2025 Symposium. I also placed 2nd of 16 teams in the program's robotics competition with a custom IR-sensor and autonomous grid-lapping algorithm.

Built a 1,160+ property database across New Jersey and Pennsylvania and developed an OpenAI API–powered analyzer for Philadelphia Water Department billing reports, cross-referencing month-by-month data. Using that data, I identified the water-cost threshold at which tenants began missing payments, flagged properties approaching that threshold, and targeted the 12 highest-risk Philadelphia homes, partnering with local contractors to replace outdated utility systems with low-waste solutions.

Assisted in mathematical research under a 2021 PAEMST (Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching) Awardee.

Took PhD-level lectures on Astrophysics, String Theory, and Probability under Institute for Advanced Study-backed Scholars.
